RETURN POLICY + INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Buyers returning an item MUST send a message, via eBays system, clearly stating the reason for return. Be specific, but PLEASE don’t be hostile! We will work with you to get things straightened out.
2. Please allow 2 business days, from the receipt of your returned item, for your refund to be processed. Once your returned item is received, we must inspect and test it to determine that it is in the condition that you reported. If the item is determined to be defective, we will message you and discuss if you want the refund or exchanged item. REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
3. Please use tracking on all returns, as we can NOT provide a refund or exchange until we have received your item back. Using tracking will eliminate any concerns on both of our ends.
It is vital to note that all inflatable products must not be inflated by high air pressure devices, nor can they be excessively inflated. Due to the nature of inflatable products, it is easy to tell if they are defective or leaking by just inflating the product and letting it sit for few hours or all day.
We offer a warranty against any manufacturing defects. Defective items returned past 15 days after delivery are subject to a charge to be repaired. Items returned with any cosmetic damages including, but not limited to: scratches, burns, dents, or dust/dirt are not covered by the warranty due to the difficulty of determining whether it was defective or mistreatment.
With any returned products that are determined to have manufacturer defects, We will give the buyer these options:
(1) We can repair the defective product at no charge; however, this will not be an option if the defect is severe enough to where it cant be repaired. (See Options 2 and 3)
(2) We will exchange the item
(3) We will refund the purchased price of the product.
NOTE: Any repair made by a non-authorized person or with a repair tool that is not provided may result in the product not being repairable and voiding all warranty.
