Thanks to a tremendous amount of hard work, a supportive husband, and the passion to succeed, I now have the opportunity to share what we love with you. I am blessed and extremely grateful to all of our customers who make it possible for us to continue to do what we are so passionate about.

In addition to managing a small business, I am also a devoted mother and wife who truly understands and appreciates the joys and struggles of juggling both these roles while managing a small business. My true passion is making candles and bath and body products. I thoroughly enjoy talking with both new and existing customers / craft enthusiasts to share my expertise with others. Here at Southern Cross Candles, we set out to make your house, apartment, or office truly feel like a home. As avid consumers and manufacturers of candles for over 13 years, it has been our goal and primary focus to truly understand exactly what consumers are looking for when they purchase a candle. What makes a candle a great candle? The number one objection we continually faced and found an immediate solution for is commonly known as the ?Bubblegum Effect?

We understand the importance of a candle burning vibrantly while releasing continuous amounts of long-lasting scent throughout its entire burning cycle. At Southern Cross Candles we combine the exact blends of wax with some of the most unique and long-lasting scents available today to overcome this most common objection and deliver a superior product that meets the needs of each and every one of our customers.

About the Items Included:

Unscented Incense: Our sticks are approx. 10.5 - 11 inches in length. They are coated with a quality sawdust that will absorb the fragrance and Dpg Mixture.

DPG:DIPROPYLENE GLYCOL - Is a cutting agent used in incense making to help bind the fragrance to the incense stick. This also creates a slow burning Incense.

Fragrance: Our fragrance is top quality undiluted oil. This is important when making incense because you need an uncut fragrance in order to create a perfect burning incense stick.

User Guide: Our user guide will teach you the basics of making 2 types of incense Fast burning and slow burning. It also includes tips and tricks from years of making Incense.

FRAGRANCE / COLOR / ANY CUSTOM SELECTION: We try to ship all orders in a timely manner, as our eBay DSR ratings are very important to us, and we want our customers to have their items as quickly as possible. If your item requires a Fragrance or color Selection please type your choices in comment to seller in the eBay or PayPal checkout. IF NO SELECTION MADE WITHIN 3 DAYS: We are forced to ship our own assortment, to ensure your item gets to you in a timely manner. We are not responsible if you do not get the selection you wanted. When purchasing fragrance please keep in mind the name of the fragrance can be interpreted in a number of ways by different people. For instance, the fragrance HAPPY may be a strong musk smell when you may assume it is a light soft fragrance. If you are unsure of the fragrance you will like, please order a sample kit.

Fragrances Changing: Keep in mind no fragrance is exactly the same. We order from 3 manufacturers of fragrance. This means if you order today a fragrance called CITRUS and in 2 months order a fragrance from us called CITRUS we may have ordered from a different supplier than the first and the fragrance may smell slightly different.

RETURNS: We do accept returns on most items. You need to contact us within 7 days of of receipt of your item to qualify for a full return. We do not cover return shipping charges. Opening a paypal / eBay dispute will still result in the buyer paying for return shipping charges. Please bid / buy carefully as a return can be costly and time consuming for both parties.

Shipping Damages: Shipping damages do happen regardless how well the item is packaged. If your item arrives and is not in good condition or visably damaged please contact us immediately. Do not throw any packaging away including: box, packing supplies, tape, etc. Depending on the shipping company these items may be required in order to replace the cost of the item. We will handle all shipping related claims for our customers.
