What is DPG? DPG is a cutting agent used to dilute fragrances and essential oils. DPG is most commonly used in making incense. DPG allows the fragrance to bind to the stick or cone and creates a slow burning incense. The ratio used in incense making is 2 parts DPG to 1 part fragrance or essential oil.

Shipping Charges: We do try and charge the most accurate shipping, so please keep in mind your shipping charges include the following: BOX, PACKAGING MATERIAL, FREIGHT CHARGES, TAPE, LABELS, INSURANCE, PICK UP, and on any international shipments a handling charge. Southern Cross Candles strives very hard for 5 star feedback so when leaving feedback on shipping charges please look inside your package and understand your shipping and handling charge included all of the packaging and everything inside your box. We do combine Shipping on all multiple orders.

Packaging: Our items are not mass produced in a factory, many of our items are handmade, and will not have any retail packaging. We ship our items in the safest manner possible, so sometimes you may open your box to find 100s of Peanuts and your items wrapped and taped with bubble wrap. Keep this in mind when ordering kits or Wax Melters, as your pieces may be mixed in with the peanuts and you may need to empty the box completely to find the smaller items.
